Local pick-up is a great way to save on shipping and on the time it takes you to receive your order.

Selecting this option at Check-out will allow you to forgo shipping cost and I will be in contact with you shortly to arrange a time to snag your order at my studio. (located in Brewerytown, Philadelphia)

All orders will be shipped out with USPS within 3-5 business days of your purchase.

I try and use as much recycled/ repurposed materials in shipping as possible - there is far too much perfectly usable packing materials out there in the world, I’d hate for my small business to contribute to the problem. That being said, the packages might be ugly, but I have yet to have anything break in the mail with this method.

If there is a problem with the order ( broken, cracked, unable to hold water) contact me with a picture of the piece and it’s box and I will issue a full refund.

In case you aren’t in love with your purchase, let me know immediately and we can work together on a solution. I accept returns within 7 days of delivery and once received, can issue a full refund or credit for another piece. Return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer and I can provide some helpful tips on how to ship handmade ceramics back to me in the mail.
